PENGHANTARAN IBS V-PLUS PANEL UNTUK PROJEK PEMBINAAN SEMULA BANGUNAN SEKOLAH DAIF
Projek pembinaan semula bangunan sekolah daif di Sekolah Kebangsaan Lemal, Pasir Mas kini diteruskan dengan penghantaran bahan binaan utama iaitu IBS V-PLUS Panel. Sistem dinding pra-tuang ini dipilih kerana kelebihannya yang mampu mempercepatkan tempoh pembinaan tanpa menjejaskan mutu dan ketahanan struktur.
IBS V-PLUS Panel direka dengan ciri-ciri ringan tetapi kukuh, serta mempunyai kemasan yang licin dan rata. Penggunaan sistem ini bukan sahaja menjimatkan masa dan kos buruh, malah meningkatkan keselamatan serta kualiti kerja di tapak.
Kontraktor utama, Vertex Centrel Industry Sdn. Bhd., memilih sistem IBS ini bagi memastikan proses pembinaan berjalan dengan lebih tersusun, cepat, dan efisien seiring dengan objektif kerajaan untuk menaik taraf sekolah daif di seluruh negara menggunakan teknologi moden yang terbukti berkesan.

The reconstruction project of the dilapidated school building at Sekolah Kebangsaan Lemal, Pasir Mas continues with the delivery of the main construction material, IBS V-PLUS Panel. This precast wall system was selected for its proven ability to accelerate construction timelines without compromising quality or structural strength.
The IBS V-PLUS Panel is designed to be lightweight yet durable, with a smooth and even surface finish. Its use not only reduces construction time and labour costs but also enhances site safety and ensures a cleaner, more efficient building process.
The main contractor, Vertex Centrel Industry Sdn. Bhd., adopted this system to ensure a more organized and efficient workflow, in line with the government’s initiative to upgrade dilapidated schools nationwide using modern and innovative construction technologies.
With the implementation of the IBS V-PLUS Panel, the project is expected to be completed on schedule delivering a strong, durable, and safe building environment for students and school staff.
