SESI LATIHAN DAN BIMBINGAN UNTUK PROJEK SEKOLAH DAIF DI PASIR MAS, KELANTAN
Sesi Latihan dan Bimbingan telah diadakan di Pasir Mas, Kelantan bagi memperkukuh pelaksanaan Projek Sekolah Daif di daerah tersebut. Program ini menghimpunkan wakil sekolah, pegawai pendidikan dan kontraktor untuk meningkatkan kefahaman mengenai pengurusan projek, prosedur kerja serta standard keselamatan.
Peserta diberikan penerangan berkaitan pemantauan tapak, penyeliaan, penyediaan dokumentasi dan kaedah memastikan projek berjalan mengikut jadual. Sesi ini turut menekankan kepentingan komunikasi yang jelas antara pihak sekolah dan kontraktor bagi mengenal pasti isu dengan lebih cepat dan mengurangkan kelewatan.
Melalui latihan ini, semua pihak dapat melaksanakan tugas dengan lebih teratur dan profesional, sekali gus menyokong usaha menyediakan persekitaran pembelajaran yang lebih selamat dan selesa untuk murid-murid di Pasir Mas.
TRAINING AND GUIDANCE SESSION FOR THE “SEKOLAH DAIF” PROJECT IN PASIR MAS, KELANTAN
Training and Guidance Session was held in Pasir Mas, Kelantan to support the implementation of the Sekolah Daif (Dilapidated Schools) Project in the district. The session brought together school representatives, education officers, and contractors to enhance understanding of project management, work procedures, and safety standards.
Participants received briefings on site monitoring, supervision methods, documentation requirements, and strategies to ensure projects stay on schedule. The session also emphasised the importance of effective communication between schools and contractors to quickly identify issues and minimise delays.
This programme aims to help all parties carry out their roles more efficiently and professionally, contributing to a safer and more conducive learning environment for students in Pasir Mas.
