Rumah pasang siap IBS V-PLUS PANEL dibina dengan menggunakan teknologi IBS (Industrialized Building System) yang ditambah baik satu lapis besi BRC mesh yang memastikan kualiti dan ketahanan binaan yang lebih baik dan kukuh. untuk Teknik dan cara pemasangan Ibs V-plus Panel yang betul team teknikal akan beri tunjuk ajar kepada En Mazlan dan akan turun untuk memantau pemasangan panel. Semoga proses pembinaan rumah En Mazlan dipermudahkan dan berjalan lancar. This project is a self-built house by Mr. Mazlan using IBS (Industrialized Building System). Lightweight wall V-PLUS panel, has significantly improved with one layer of BRC mesh inside themselves, thus ensuring better and stronger construction quality and durability. For method of installation, our technical team will participate on site for mentoring and monitoring upon request. May En. Mazlan and his team endeavors on building the house run smoothly.

Site ini diselia oleh Kontraktor En Hazrin, beliau merupakan kontraktor yang baru beralih kepada sistem IBS,Projek bina pagar ini merupakan projek pertama beliau menggunakan IBS V-PLUS PANEL. En Hazrin memilih pembinaan Pagar untuk projek pertama beliau sebagai percubaan awal dalam menggunakan kaedah IBS menggunakan IBS V-PLUS PANEL. Untuk projek pembinaan beliau yang akan datang, En Hazrin bercadang terus transformasi kepada kaedah IBS kerana progress di site pembinaan menjadi lebih cepat dan jimat kos bahan serta dapat kurangkan kos upah tukang . This site is supervised by contractor Mr. Hazrin; he is a contractor who has just switched to the IBS system. This fence-building project is his first project using the IBS V-PLUS PANEL. En Hazrin constructed a fence for his first project as an initial attempt at using the IBS method using the IBS V-PLUS PANEL. For his upcoming construction project, Mr. Hazrin plans to continue the transformation to the IBS method because the progress on the construction site will be faster, save the cost of materials, and reduce the cost of craftsmen’s wages. 𝐒𝐕𝐒𝐒 𝟐𝟎𝟐𝟒 : 𝐊𝐋𝐔𝐀𝐍𝐆, 𝐉𝐎𝐇𝐎𝐑: 𝙋𝑼𝘼𝑵 𝑵𝙐𝑹 𝑭𝘼𝑻𝙄𝑯𝘼𝑭 Semalam telah selesai sesi Site Visit dan Sharing Session SVSS 2024 bertempat di Kluang johor site pembinaan dibawah seliaan Kontraktor Puan Nur Fatihaf dari ABL RESOUCES ,jutaan terima kasih diucapkan Puan Fatihaf kerana sudi jadi tuan rumah menyambut kedatangan kontraktor dan kontrakti lain ke site pembinaan beliau untuk sama-sama melihat cara mengendalian dan pemasangan IBS V-PLUS PANEL dengan cara yang betul. A million thanks to Mrs. Fatihaf for being the host to welcome the arrival of contractors and other contractors to her construction site for the same—see how to operate and install the IBS V-PLUS PANEL in the right way. Congratulations and well done also to all contractors and contractors who are willing to spend some time to be involved in the ongoing SVSS Program, and they are willing to come to Puan Fatihaf’s site to gain knowledge and strengthen knowledge about IBS technology up to Kluang, Johor. Alhamdulillah, well done to the AZ Mega Plus Group SBD BHD team because they have successfully directed SVSS in the southern part of the country this time. Hopefully, after the completion of this SVSS session, there will be a lot of knowledge and information gained by contractors to be used in the construction sector throughout the session.

SITE VISIT : ENCIK SOLIHIN DI RANTAU PANJANG, KLANG Alhamdulillah,Team Teknikal berkesempatan untuk visit site projek bina rumah di bawah selian Encik Solihin di rantau panjang ,klang,selangor. Projek ini merupakan projek kedua beliau menggunakan teknologi IBS V-PLUS PANEL dalam pembinaan rumah . Encik Solihin sekali lagi telah menggunakan IBS V-PLUS PANEL dalam pembinaan dibawah seliaan beliau kerana beliau yakin dengan kualiti pada IBS V-PLUS PANEL yang tahan lasak dan kukuh. Selain itu juga IBS V-PLUS PANEL tidak memerlukan ramai tukang di site kerana lebih ringan dan mudah dipasang dengan adanya bimbingan daripada Team Teknikal Az Mega Plus yang diketuai oleh Encik Bad. This project is his second project using IBS V-PLUS PANEL technology in house construction. Mr. Solihin has once again used IBS V-PLUS PANEL in construction under his supervision because he is confident in the quality of IBS V-PLUS PANEL, which is durable and strong. In addition, IBS V-PLUS PANEL does not require many craftsmen on site because it is lighter and easier to install with guidance from the Az Mega Plus Technical Team led by Mr. Bad. SITE VISIT : ENCIK AMIRULLAH DI JOHOL, NEGERI SEMBILAN Team Teknikal sekali lagi berpeluang untuk melihat progress dan memberi tunjuk ajar dan visit site projek bina rumah satu tingkat di bawah seliaan Encik Amirullah. Alhamdulillah Projek ini merupakan projek kedua beliau menggunakan kaedah IBS V-PLUS PANEL. Sekali lagi En Amirullah telah memilih IBS V-PLUS Panel untuk pembinaan di site beliau, kerana beliau yakin dengan kelebihan yang terdapat pada Ibs V-plus panel iaitu tahan lasak mempunyai 1 layer besi brc mesh ,mempunyai sijil kelulusan daripada pihak bomba dan sirim, ia juga diktiraf selamat untuk alam sekitar oleh Go Green Singapore. Kita dapat lihat bahawa progress pembinaan rumah berjalan dengan lancar. Semoga urusan kontraktor dalam progress pembinaan rumah Puan Fatimah dipermudahkan serta dapat siapkan dengan cepat. SITE VISIT : ENCIK AMIRUL DI PUNCAK ALAM Alhamdulillah, Team Teknikal telah selesai visit site projek bina rumah banglo satu unit di site pembinaan bawah selian Encik Amirul pada 2 July dan ini merupakan projek yang pertama beliau menggunakan IBS V-PLUS PANEL dalam progress pembinaan. Progress di site pembinaan ini berjalan lancar dan sistematik ,menunjuk bahawa Encik Amirul memberikan komitmen tinggi dalam memastikan rumah yang dibina dengan kaedah IBS V-PLUS PANEL dapat diserahkan kepada tuan rumah berkualiti tinggi dan kukuh. Seperti biasa, sesi SESI MENTORING ini diketuai oleh En Bad, Project Manager dari team AZ MEGA PLUS. This choice reflects Mr. Amirul’s strong commitment to ensuring that his house is built with a more efficient and cost-effective method. As usual, the MENTORING SESSION was attended by En. Bad, the Project Manager under AZ MEGA PLUS. Our team provided an explanation to En. Amirul to ensure that he and the workers at the site fully understand the installation process of the IBS V-PLUS PANEL. Congratulations to En. SITE VISIT : KONTRAKTOR ENCIK ANWAR DI PUNCHONG, SELANGOR Team Teknikal yang diketuai oleh Encik Badrul berjaya meluangkan sedikit masa untuk visit site projek bina rumah satu tingkat setengah di bawah seliaan kontraktor Encik Anwar di Puchong Selangor. Disini Kita dapat lihat Encik Anwar juga menerima beberapa orang Kontraktor melawat ke site beliau untuk turut sama menambah ilmu berkaitan dengan IBS V-PLUS PANEL daripada team teknikal,dari segi pengendalian dan juga pemasangan di site oleh team teknikal AZ mega. Progress di site milik Encik Anwar berjalan lancar, keadaan di site nampak lebih kemas dan sistematik pengunaan IBS V-PLUS PANEL dapat kurangkan pengunaan simen dan batu bata di site. Here we can see that Mr. Anwar also received several contractors to visit his site to help increase knowledge related to IBS V-PLUS PANEL from the technical team in terms of handling and installation on site by the AZ mega technical team. Progress on Mr. Anwar’s site is going smoothly; the situation on the site looks neater, and the systematic use of IBS V-PLUS PANEL can reduce the use of cement and bricks on the site. FINAL RESULTS : KONTRAKTOR ENCIK ALIF DI MANJUNG, PERAKAlhamdulillah, seperti biasa Team Teknikal berkesempatan turun padang visit site final results projek bina rumah satu tingkat dan pagar dibawah seliaan kontraktor Encik Alif. Encik Alif merupakan seorang Kontraktor yang berpandangan jauh dan berusaha keras dalam pekerjaan yang dilakukannya terutama dalm bidang pembinaan.   Semangat dan hasil kosisten yang tidak jemu ditunjukkan beliau membuah kan hasil apabila beliau berjaya mendapatkan projek ketiga beliau juga menggunakan teknologi IBS V-PLUS PANEL dalam pembinaan. Untuk pengetahuan semua ,Encik Alif Tidak hanya tertumpu di bahagian Perak sahaja, beliau juga turut banyak mengambil projek pembinaan di sekitar negeri Kedah untuk pelbagai jenis pembinaan yang menggunakan altenatif pembinaan iaitu IBS V-PLUS PANEL. DELIVERY IBS V-PLUS PANEL : UNTUK PROJEK BINA RUMAH: DI KEMAMAN TERENGGANU Telah selesai Delivery IBS V-PLUS PANEL untuk projek pembinaan 2 unit rumah semi-D di kemaman Terengganu. Projek ini merupakan Projek pertama milik Kontraktor Encik Abdullah yang menggunakan kaedah IBS dalam pembinaan di site beliau. Team Teknikal AZ MEGA PLUS SDN BHD juga memberi tunjuk ajar di bawah bimbingan Encik Bad cara pengendalian dan pemasangan Ibs V-plus Panel dengan betul di site.
